How to Wash Hands?
·
Use soap and water or use alcohol-based hand
sanitizer
·
If your hands are dirty and greasy, use warm or hot
water.
Steps to clean or
wash hands:
·
Wet your hands with clean water (if possible,
using clean and warm water)
·
Apply soap
·
Lather by rubbing hands together, covering all
surfaces.

Rub both palms together. Let your fingers be interlaced
some time and don’t interlaced some time.
·
Rub the back of one hand with the palm of the
other with fingers interlaced. Repeat this using the other hand.
·
Scrub your palms using the tips of fingers.
·
Rinse the hands thoroughly in running water
·
Dry the hands using paper towels or an air dryer.
